On the "to buy" list

Landes and Posner's The Economic Structure of Intellectual Property Law. Apparently, they give a completely transaction-cost oriented analysis of IP law, rather than one based on moral rights, which means that it should be possible to figure out what a law will actually do, rather than what we want it to do.
